About UsLife is a never ending cycle of adaptation and learning. It’s a perpetual state of getting your life together. For anyone going through a #struggle, whether big or small, this blog is here for you. I haven’t been through any major tragedies in life, but bad habits and change affect everyone, myself included. No one should thrive or suffer alone, so here is a judge free zone. As I resolve or accept many of the obstacles I’m faced with, sharing with you guys will give a great outlet for the important information I find.

Who I Am |
I’m a high school Senior in college who suffers from senioritis and its symptoms of laziness, forgetfulness, and high stress levels. Add this to a disorganized overachieving personality and you get the hot mess that is Jada Thomas. Luckily my shortcomings are accompanied with a healthy dose of spunk, creativity, and wit. My curiosity, that typically results in me becoming sidetracked, keeps me interested in a very diverse group of pastimes and interests. Reading stories and learning about different cultures being a main one. Although it may take a while to finish them, challenges hold a major appeal to me. Looking at ones-self and deciding to make a change can be very difficult. Having to figure things out yourself can be hard work. Since I’m doing it, why should I hoard my findings to myself. I’m a fairly generous person. This blog is meant to be an empowering and motivational site for whoever needs it. It’s easier to work through things with others than to try to do something by yourself.

Big Issues |
Right now, the main struggle series is about getting our time back, and it’s coming along swimmingly, as long as I don’t get bogged down by distractions. It focuses on dialing down procrastination, because even though it may seem fun at times, the stress from trying to complete important things on time and in an acceptable state can weigh heavily on a person. Hopefully the posts will help to bring us to a healthy state of procrastination. |
